Artwork Info

Streamline Enterprises Pty Ltd (herein SE) has the capabilities of receiving up to 120MB PC files via email all other artwork exceeding this should be supplied by PC readable CD Rom or DVD-R disks. Media supplied by the customer will be retained by SE unless otherwise requested by the customer at time of quotation.

Scanning Standards
Linework images are to be scanned and supplied at a resolution of 1200dpi at 100% and saved as a CMYK bitmap or CMYK jpeg.Colour images are to be scanned and supplied at a resolution of 300dpi at 100% and saved as a CMYK bitmap or CMYK jpeg.

Photoshop Files: psd

• Files to be supplied to the correct size.
• Files with text must have all text converted to outlines or rendered
• Photo’s must be supplied at, at least 300dpi.
• Must be CMYK
• File to be saved with layers
• Overprinting must be removed as well as crop marks
  

Illustrator, CorelDraw files

• Illustrator must be saved as version 8 and CorelDraw files as either ai8, pdf or psd.
• NO CDR FILES ACCEPTED.
• Files to be supplied to the correct size
• All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves
• Linked or embedded images must be supplied to the correct resolutions and must be CMYK
• Overprinting must be removed as well as crop marks
• Artwork must be saved in CMYK or spot colour
  

PDF files

• Saved as acrobat 4 and all editing capabilities preserved.
• No security settings
• All fonts converted to outlines or curves
• Files to be supplied to the correct size
• Overprinting must be removed as well as crop marks

It is advised that you talk to a sales representative when sending artwork for banners, flags or materials that require finishing’s as this artwork will need to be supplied with bleeds pending on what finishing’s you require.
It is advised that all artwork sent by disk should accompany a full colour print out of the artwork and that all files sent by email should be accompanied by a bitmap or jpeg of the image so as to compare with the file sent. Artwork not sent with these accompaniments will still be printed at your own risk.

We accept no responsibility for colour variation. Hard copies of artwork supplied by client may be used for colour reference or matching, however you will incur a fee for such a service. PMS colours may also be supplied for colour reference or matching, however this will also incur a fee.

Print colour may vary form reprint to reprint, from stock to stock, from front to back, from job to job and between different printing processes. Please note for die cutting there can be a trimming variance of plus or minus one millimeter due to automated cutting systems. We will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed.

Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, we accept no responsibility for files that are not print ready.When placing an order, your order is final and cancellation will incur a fee of 20%.

When laminating we take no responsibility for dust or grit that may be airborne and settle on lamination, we do however take care to avoid this from happening. All files must be accompanied with a written order specifying
printing stock, artwork sizes, quantities and any request of colour matching, listing the colours to be matched. (this is a recommendation only if these things are not supplied, your file will still be printed at the size and colour it is when imported).

NOTE: that printing orders and file uploads on this website require the submission of complete , “Press Ready” electronic artwork set up in accordance with the specifications documented here.Any artwork submitted in an incomplete state will require a re-quotation and the print prices indicated for the product will not apply.
A downloan fee upto $20 is may be chargeable for downloaded images, however we will notify you of these charges before printing. All prices are subject to change without notice. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
